Target groups: current and future language teachers, international students, residents of the partner countries with limited skills in the national language, and people from all over the world who would like to improve their skills in Estonian, Slovene, Latvian, or Ukrainian.

Project objectives: to develop challenging learning materials and empower current and future foreign/second language teachers with knowledge, experience, and tools to develop the reading skills of their students digitally, to design a digital open-source course that will help develop the reading skills of international students and other people who want to improve their Estonian, Slovene, Latvian, or Ukrainian.
The project’s goals are:
- to share our experience and study other available EU experiences.
- to develop a BA module “Teaching Reading Digitally” that will be integrated into the course “Methods of Teaching Languages”.
- to develop a professional development course for in-service language teachers “Teaching Reading Digitally”.
- to develop 4 interactive online courses “Reading Skills: B1” for 4 different languages (Estonian, Slovene, Latvian, Ukrainian).
Project results:
- a BA module “Teaching Reading Digitally” integrated into the course “Methods of Teaching Languages”;
- a professional development course “Teaching Reading Digitally” offered to in-service language teachers;
- four language courses “Reading Skills: B1” integrated into the learning process of international students during the language year or offered to anyone willing to master this language.
