The aim of the funded activity is to increase the readiness and coping skills of returnees, newly arrived immigrants, and people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds to work in an Estonian-speaking work environment and to support their recruitment to state and local government institutions and institutions within their jurisdiction.

Total cost: 5,780,000 euros.

Amount of funding: 3,910,000 euros, of which 2,737,000 euros is provided by the European Social Fund and 1,173,000 euros is co-financed by the state.
