Recreational diving – the lessons are in Estonian (Tallinn)

Come and join our diving lesson and practice Estonian!

The introductory diving lesson is the first step of the PADI programme for introducing recreational diving. As a rule, the introduction and completing the necessary paperwork take about 30 minutes. After this, the participants can spend about 25–30 minutes in and under water in full diving gear.

We are going to talk about equalizing your ear pressure, buoyancy control, moving in and under water, breathing techniques, and the nature of diving.

The lesson is taught by Einari Talviste, an underwater athlete who has trained recreational divers internationally for over 20 years. He is a World and European Champion in underwater sports and a Guinness record holder in 100 km relay swimming with flippers.

Participants will not receive a licence or a qualification.
