1. The data controller is the Integration Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation; registry code 90000788 / Linda 2, 20309 Narva / +372 659 9021 / info@integratsioon.ee / integratsioon.ee). 

2. The Foundation processes personal data: 

- for registration for the integration conference, providing information about the conference and sending a feedback questionnaire; 

- for collecting the names and signatures of participants in order to prove to the funder that the conference took place and the participation of the persons. The Foundation is obliged to keep the first and last name together with the signature for 7 years pursuant to the Accounting Act; 

- for preparing name tags for the participants. A name tag contains person's name together with the institution; 

- to share the conference on social media and the Foundation's website, using images captured at the conference; 

- to video record the speakers and broadcast the speakers via the website of the Foundation. Photography may occur at the area of this event. 

3. Legal basis for processing: 

Article 6, paragraph 1, point b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. data processing is necessary for the provision of services at the event and the transmission of notifications.

4. The individual has the right to: 

• access their personal data, 

• have inaccurate personal data rectified, or completed if it is incomplete,

• request the restriction or suppression of their personal data,

• to have personal data erased,

• data portability,
